He began his career working for a national title firm and then moving over to originating loans. Eric is well versed in all facets of mortgage banking. He specializes in First Time Home Buyers, VA, and Jumbo loans. Through a tough and complicated market, Eric Sinar weathered the storm of the mortgage crisis by opening a branch with his business partner in 2010.

This venture has allowed Eric to run their operation in the best interest of the clients he serves. Having the ability to make executive decisions for the benefit of the client is imperative to giving the customer service his clients have become accustomed to.
